Micro Wedding in Chelsea London
Micro Wedding Chelsea London. Bex and Ryan are THE most lovely people, FACT! These guys got in touch as they didn’t want to wait to do the official marriage, so booked Chelsea Town Hall to have a small micro wedding. They will have the big party in 2021 (hopefully).
Based in Southampton, but their dates often took them into London and the Chelsea area so it only seemed fitting for them to get married there.
It was my first time back into London since the dreaded C word and I’m not going to lie, I was a little anxious. However no overcrowded trains, no standing next to someones armpit, the commute was actually pleasant and an overall improvement!
Trying to get a smoothy however, not so easy! You have to download an app, order via the app, but still go up to collect your drink!? What the hell is going on, I just want a drink!

But anyway I digress! I met Bex and Ryan at a airbnb just off the famously expensive Kings Road. I knew we’d all get along as we Zoopla-ed the airbnb to see how much it was worth! A lot is the answer just in case you wondered. The guys got ready together which was super sweet and chilled.
We then left and had a wonder before the ceremony to get some photos before we lost light. I found some autumn leaves, bright buildings, a fire station and even a tiny bit of golden hour light. At one point I turned around from taking a photo to have another photographer waiting with her couple to take the exact same shot!!
The ceremony was super sweet and lovely and my favourite part of the day was when someone set off a confetti bomb that frightened the life out of the newlyweds. The actually thought they were being shot at!
We then walked down the Kings Road to the Bluebird cafe which was full of super cool and trendy London types, you know the ones I mean, think Made in Chelsea. The guys had a table and spent the evening with their nearest and dearest and it was pure bliss.
Congratulations guys! I can’t wait to party with you on your 1 year anniversary!
